A tried and true Chicago restaurant specializing in great Chicago-style pizza. Perfectly made pizza from scratch. They always have a variety and if they don't, they will make it on the spot and it doesn't take long. The restaurant is well-lit and always impeccably clean. This is a very popular spot for the college students, and for residents in the area. Highly recommended!

Ordered for delivery via DoorDash. After over and hour the pizza still was not delivered and when I called to check the status, the woman that answered the phone said that they are behind, and did not even apologize for the delay. When I asked when it will be delivered, they said 15 minutes. Waited again for fifteen minutes, the status on DoorDash changed to “Heading to me”, however no food was delivered until the restaurant has already closed 2.5 hours later. Terrible service, terrible experience. I would never ever recommend or order from this place again.

I've been ordering from different Rosati's for years before I moved. I now live in NC and was in Chicago for a vacation. Had my choice of several pizza places, but have always loved Rosati's. Did not disappoint! Tasted better than ever and the service was great. From ordering, getting me set up due to my hotel stay, to delivery - spot on!

This is a warning when ordering through Ubereats with them. It's probably one of the reasons why they have a 3.8 rating. The pizza was good but ravioli which is overpriced and horrible. I have tasted better marana sauce from a can. I chose the buy 1 get 1 and I had to throw the ravioli in the trash yet Ubereats refused give a refund. Thank you for spoiling my lunch.

As a Rosati's, it's what you expect. Good quality ingredients, a bit pricey but a good price for consistency. This particular location was very clean, and the staff was friendly. It's location near the UIC campus was also nice for access.

Great pizza! I love the deep dish pizza! The sauce is flavorful. I have had great experiences with both delivery and pick up. The staff is very friendly. The pizza is cheesy and piping hot. I recommend you grab a pizza here. I find the price to be affordable

Here’s a polished version of your review that gets the point across while remaining professional: I ordered takeout through DoorDash and had a very disappointing experience. My order showed that it was being prepared, and after waiting about 25 minutes, it was suddenly canceled with a message saying the restaurant could not fulfill the order. What made it even more frustrating was that my DoorDash driver had already arrived at the restaurant to pick it up. I felt bad for the driver because she wasted her time, so I still tipped her. Thankfully, DoorDash issued me a full credit and even added extra compensation, so I was able to order from somewhere else. Unfortunately, this experience has cost this location a customer. I genuinely liked this restaurant, but the lack of communication and the last minute cancellation after such a long wait was unacceptable. This version is firm, fair, and explains exactly why you won’t be returning.

They had some old antique baseball stuff on the wall that was really cool! Pizza was okay They don't serve deep dish unless it's Friday and Saturday if you plan on going. Guy working the counter seemed tired and disinterested. I would give it a middle of the road rating.
